Dear customers,

Selling in our e-shop conforms to business conditions, which can be opened or downloaded via the links below. Part of the conditions is the complaints procedure. The most important information can be found below on this page, but we recommend you read the terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions summary

Cancelling and returning your order within 14 days, for any reason and with no justification.

The Czech republic's Civil Code grants customers 14 days to cancel and return purchases made outside shops (online, by phone or mail order)

This option is offered to our customers under the following conditions:
1) The customer must return all of the goods, all components and packaging.
2) The customer has the right to unpack the goods to check if they are identical to how were they advertised on our website, but the goods can not bear any signs of use or damage upon returning.

The possibility of returning goods within 14 days does not apply to goods which have been modified according to customer needs.

We reserve the right to reject returned goods that don't meet the above conditions, or possibly take into account these shortcomings on the returned amount.

The seller will refund the paid amount to the customer, including the cost of shipment, only if all the goods of the order were returned undamaged and without any signs of use. Transportation of goods back from the buyer to the seller will be paid by the buyer. The seller will refund the money for the goods either by bank transfer or via postal order C, according to the customer's will.

In case you want to return the goods delivered by us, wrap it and send (or by appointment personally deliver) to the address Jakes Invest s.r.o., Václavkova 169/1, 160 00 Prague 6. There are two possible methods:

A) Log in to your customer account and in the order history create a refund of specific goods from previous orders. In the package then simply insert the card with the number of return, order number and account number to which you want to receive money back. Then send the package to the address above.

B) Or enclose to the goods: the original or a copy of the invoice and an accompanying letter. In a letter indicate that you wish to return the goods within the 14 day period and the way you want to get back your money. You can use our template (for Word 2007 and higher).

We generally inform customers about the acceptance of returned goods by email. We reserve 14 days to process the refund.

Complaints

On all new products we sell, we offer a warranty, which expires 2 years after the day of purchase. We offer 1 year warranty on goods marked as 'Second-hand' or 'Used' goods.

In case the product delivered by us is damaged/missing and you want to file a complaint, mail it (or by appointment personally deliver) to the address Jakes Invest s.r.o., Václavkova 169/1, 160 00 Prague 6. There needs to be a copy of the invoice and a letter (in which you should provide a description of the claimed defect and your contact information) within the package, or the complaint can not be accepted. You can use our template (for Word 2007 and higher).

We will inform the customer about the reception of the complaint and its future course usually by e-mail. We reserve 30 days on settlement of the claim.
